This method helps realign the spine, detoxification of the body, strength and flexibility of construction and also in strengthening the nervous system.
There are three different levels of Ashtanga yoga. The first level helps to align the body and toxins from your body. The second level helps to cleanse and open the energy channels. The last level is for advanced and helps to measure the power and grace.
